Melissa Dymek has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly
Honor Roll.RINDGE, N.H. (October 6,
2009) – Sophomore Melissa Dymek
(Hubbardston, Mass.) of the Franklin Pierce University
cross country team has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference
Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on Oct. 4, as announced
Tuesday afternoon by the conference office.
Dymek finished 163rd overall with a time of 23:55 on Saturday at
the Pop Crowell Invitational, hosted by Gordon. Her time was the
best out of five Ravens who participated in the event and led the
team to a 26th-place finish. The time lowered Dymek’s
season-best time by 29 seconds.
The Ravens are back in action on Saturday, Oct. 10 at the James
Early Invitational, hosted by Westfield State, at 11 a.m.
