Lamagdeleine's six goals on Saturday earned her a spot on the
Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll for the first time in her
career.RINDGE, N.H. (March 19, 2012) – Junior attacker Ashley Lamagdeleine (Westfield, Mass.) has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on March 18, as announced Monday by the Conference office.
The only game for the Ravens last week was their season opener on Saturday afternoon against University of New England, in Winter Park, Fla. Though the Ravens dropped a 12-9 decision, Lamagdeleine made the best of her first start in nearly two years. She attempted six shots in the contest and found the back of the net with all of them, setting a new career high with six goals.
It is the first career weekly honor from the Northeast-10 for Lamagdeleine.
The Ravens returns to the field on Wednesday, March 21, when take on Erskine in a neutral-site, non-conference contest. Game time is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at Richard L. Evans Field in Winter Park. Franklin Pierce's first home game is scheduled for Saturday, March 24 against American International at 3 p.m.
