Terrell Ray Named to Northeast-10 Week 1 Honor Roll

Ray named to Honor Roll after notching a double-double against Lesley on Sunday night

RINDGE, N.H. (November 16, 2009) - Franklin Pierce University men's basketball senior forward Terrell Ray (Brooklyn, N.Y.) was named to the Northeast-10 Conference Week One Honor Roll on Monday for his brilliant performance in Sunday night's 79-68 win over Lesley.

Ray earned the honor after he notched a double-double of 22 points and 20 rebounds against the Lynx. He shot 58 percent (11-of-19) from the field, while 12 of his 20 rebounds came on the offensive glass. That total helped the Ravens produce a 30-4 advantage in second-chance points during the contest. Ray's 20 boards were part of a 65-rebound effort by Franklin Pierce.

The Ravens (1-0) return to the hardwood on Wednesday night when they play host to Post at 7 p.m. in The Fieldhouse.
